McIntosh and the LionHearts a (rock n roll, soul, blues, americana) make their debut at the legendary Smileys on the Roxx. Special guest Tommy Bryan Spalding McIntosh formed his band McIntosh & the LionHearts in Brevard, NC in the spring of 2019 and they have been playing shows around the southeast and as far as Chicago. The band is eager to go where the music takes them. "It's always hard to answer when asked what kind of band we are - Americana, Blues, Country, Soul?! I am a songwriter, and usually have a vision of what the songs will evolve into when I bring them to the band, but when you collaborate with other musicians things can change in an instant for the better of a song. Everyone has their different influences and it spills into the creative process. We are excited to share our sound at Smileys On the Roxx!”
